Two fashion brands and an Italian furnishings retailer are coming to Miami’s Designs District.

The first Helmut Lang store in South Florida and a Theory store signed a long-term lease for the 5,000-square-foot corner retail building at 101 NE 40th Street, joining other designer brands, including Christian Louboutin, Louis Vuittion, Christian Dior, Fendi, Bulgari, De Beers and Marc by Marc Jacobs.

Metro 1 brokered the deals.

The company said it also arranged the lease for 5,500 square feet of retail space for Natuzzi Italia at 3800 N. Miami Ave., theMiami Herald reports. The upscale Italian home furnishing brand will join Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams in December.
