Restaurant, Convenience Store and Deli
Stop by The Local, our on-site restaurant, for a broad food menu and full bar. The restaurant is open until midnight seven nights a week and offers delivery to all Flamingo residents. Our on-site convenience market and deli carries sandwiches, small packaged goods, snacks, beer and wine. Store hours are 8am to 11pm on weekdays, 8am to 12am Fridays and Saturdays, and 8am to 9pm on Sundays.
Fitness Center and Recreation
Start your day with a vigorous workout at our 15,000 sf athletic club fully equipped with cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, personal TVs, lockers and showers. Sign up for one of our group fitness classes. Athletic club memberships are only $50/month and are exclusively available to Flamingo residents.
