Following in the development steps of Jade projects in Miami and Miami Beach, Jade Signature is designed by the world renowned architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron. The firm has won critical acclaim for various world-wide projects, including the Bird’s Nest stadium built for the Olympics in China. Locally, they designed critically-acclaimed 1111 Lincoln Road mixed-use project on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach and designed the Perez Art Museum currently under construction (opening 12/2013) in Miami. Jade Signature will be the company’s first residential project in Florida.
