I wanted to ‘raise the bar’ with regards to absolute service. To create a team of specialized, likeminded individuals stopping nowhere short of pure excellence.
Operating this elite group with the backing of Douglas Elliman Florida, I am uniquely qualified to deliver. I have studied for, and obtained the distinguished ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) from the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council. This means that I am specially trained to serve the needs of today’s modern buyer. To cater to the more specialized needs of senior property owners, I am a member of the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC), holding the respected SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist). This allows me to accurately facilitate the more sensitive and complex mechanics to the mature adult property transaction. In addition to this, I am a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (fewer than 4% of all realtors nationwide are Certified Residential Specialists), and for the benefit of my premier clientele, I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, where its Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialists are rigorously educated in the marketing and sales of upper tier properties. To complete my list of credentials I also hold the National Association of Realtors e-Pro designation, which indicates my specialization in internet related real estate issues.
