Groundbreaking for 6080 Collins Avenue Beach House kicked off earlier this week and among the building’s several highlights is the Starbucks located on the ground floor.  The design of the building is a fusion of contemporary and yesteryear with a 1960s design featuring expansive balconies, huge windows, and flooring in wood.

Sales for 6080 Collins Avenue Beach House have been positive and swift.  More than sixty percent of the building’s studios and one bathroom units have already found a buyer.  Units are selling for $270,000 to $550,000 with the smaller units having 337 square feet of living area or 558 square feet for the larger residences.  These units are being delivered turn-key and owners will also have the flexibility of a vacation rental program.
